An industry leader providing general contracting services to San Antonio and South Texas since 1922, F.A. Nunnelly is in its third generation of leadership. Our founder, Floyd Nunnelly, had a passion for construction and a high regard for excellence that remains the foundation of our company. Principals Philip and Doug Nunnelly are continuing their grandfather’s legacy of commitment to customer satisfaction and best building practices.
F.A. Nunnelly is a full service construction firm, providing our clients with services such as preliminary estimates, budgets, constructability assessments, and more. Our construction services are provided under delivery methods such as Design-Build, Construction Manager, Competitive Sealed Proposal, Job Order Contracts as well as Negotiated work. Since 1922, we have completed hundreds of projects, large and small, working with companies such as Pearl Brewery, Frost National Bank, HEB, Baptist Hospital System, the City of San Antonio (fire stations, libraries, and animal care facility) and various other municipalities.
We have built multiple projects for school districts such as North East ISD, Northside ISD, San Antonio ISD, and Southwest ISD. Over the years, we have built facilities for the majority of the military bases and military organizations located in San Antonio area, some of which
include projects for Brooks City-Base, the Army Corp of Engineers, and Ft. Sam Houston.
Our staff of professionals have a wide range of construction knowledge and experience, are proficient in using today’s sophisticated technology, and are committed to meeting the needs of our clients. We maintain the ability to self-perform work as we feel this is an excellent method to monitor and maintain quality. Our team approach provides open communication and cooperation with all parties.
