The first is the use of Primavera Scheduling, which is comprehensive project management software that includes such extensive capabilities as critical path scheduling, measuring progress, resource allocation and cost control. This schedule will be developed, maintained and updated during the project, making it an invaluable tool for maintaining progress and controlling costs. We are attuned to these needs and understand the importance of flexibility. Expedition Project Management Software enables us to communicate, answer clients’ questions and organize documents in multiple categories for larger projects. This guarantees a commitment to meeting specific client needs. We focus on maintaining a high level of open communication. We provide a full scope of Constructions and Planning Services. These include preliminary Budgeting, Estimating, Pre-Construction Services, Design Build Services and Construction Management Services. We operate under a variety of delivery methods such as Design-Build, Negotiated and CM@Risk constracts. In over 85 years of business, we have worked with such recognizable entities as the Corps of Engineers, Frost National Bank, Pearl Brewery, AT&T, City of San Antonio, Brooks City Base and most school districts in the area. One of our most notable projects for the Northside ISD was the Paul Taylor Field House. Today, our projects include PGA Marriot Golf Resort, San Antonio ISD, Northside ISD, Southside ISD, Brooks City-Base, City of San Antonio, City of Bulverde, North Central Baptist Hospital and HEB. F.A. Nunnelly Company has developed an organization of individuals with extensive construction experience. Project management is developed thru the application and integration of a quality control/quality improvement program almost identical to the program we use for our design-build and CM@Risk projects. The program involves developing a line of communication and an atmosphere of cooperation with the client and the design team. F.A. Nunnelly Company has its own safety program developed thru the cooperation and assistance of its insurance programs. This program includes project relevant safety training and meetings.
